Lorriene Ofori

Lorriene is a Human Resource practitioner and an Administrator with about 18 years’ cumulative working experience in various fields, 9 of which have been in a senior administrative management position. Currently as the Finance and Administrative Manager of the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), she manages the Human Resources, Finance and Administrative functions of the IWMI-Ghana office that extends to five other hosted organisations which are part of the Consultative Group of International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) Centres. Lorriene has previously worked as the Office Manager with the USAID funded Trade and Investment Programme for a Competitive Export Economy (TIPCEE), managed by Chemonics International Inc., head quartered in the United States of America. She also worked as an Office Manager on the SAVVY TRAIL PROJECT at the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research, the first of its kind in the country. She effectively managed and coordinated the human resource and administrative functions of the study office.

Prior to the foregoing, she also worked as a Programmes Officer at the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA). Her prior experience includes working as a Project Officer at the National Council on Women and Development (NCWD).
